Can I wash the cup and saucer in the dishwasher?
Given the delicacy of the porcelain and the platinum mirroring, hand washing would be better for the design series.
Can I buy just one cup and several saucers?
It is not possible from the site, but you can contact us with your request through the contact form on this page, expressly making your request.
The goods were sent to me but did not arrive
As soon as the goods have left you will be given a code to track the shipment.
If the goods are considered missing, we will arrange for a new shipment.
I have not kept / I have lost the tracking number
Contact customer service quoting your order number.
The shipment tracking code will be sent to you again.
The goods arrived damaged
When the goods are delivered, always sign “subject to inspection”, as we indicate at the time of shipment.
In any case, indicate your order number, attaching some shots of the damaged package/material, we will arrange for a new shipment to replace the damaged set.
